Spring Turn On
$75 per hour
Our technicians will do a thorough test of your sprinkler system and make minor repairs or adjustments and set watering times to make sure your yard stays in great condition. Most residential properties take one hour to complete. Additional charges for any parts used to make minor repairs. Major repairs will be communicated to you for approval to avoid unexpected costs.
Recurring Services
$65 per hour
We offer our customers the ability for us to auto schedule system checks to continue through the year at a discounted price. This services is most often used from our property management companies, or customers who own multiple properties but we have now opened it to all our customers. After your spring turn on is complete we will auto schedule your property for another system test and check in the summer and again for going into fall. The technicians test for any new or developing issues, make repairs and adjust watering times for the increase or decrease in temperature. With the recurring services it minimizes issues with the system and the need for additional repairs at the start of the year and keeps your system running smooth. This also helps decrease the need for you to have to make service calls.
Backflow Testing
$75 or $35 if done with turn on service
Our licensed technician will take care of the annual backflow test for your system and we will send the results to your water purveyor for you. If you have the test one at the same time as your spring turn on the cost will only be $35 for the test on top of the turn on fees.
Installation
Pricing Estimated
If you are looking to put in a brand new system or want to add to your existing system our team has you covered. We will give you your free estimate and then be able to take care getting everything put in for you. We use poly pipe in all of our systems to have the best life span and survive the changing temperatures in north Idaho. We use all quality products for our systems to make sure it will have the best coverage and last.
Repairs
$75 per hour regular or $150 per hour emergency call
Our technicians will diagnose and repair issues you are having with your sprinkler system. If you have dry areas, leaks or parts of your system not coming on we can take care of it. We also have an emergency service for problems that can not wait for the next available scheduling day or outside of our regular business hours at an additional cost. For emergency calls we will have a technician to you the same day as you call.
Winterization
$75 per hour
Our technicians will make sure your system is ready to go for the winter season. We have two ways that we winterize irrigation systems. The most common method is the blow out in which our technicians will shut off the water to your system and then send air throughout the system to clear all the water from the lines. Our other method is for a draining system in which the technician will turn the water off then open all of the valves an detach the mainline to let all water drain back out through the system. Our technicians ensure that we use the best method for each system they winterize to keep our customers properties in the best condition an their system safe from the cold.
